You can access your live course schedule from OBS (obs.karabuk.edu.tr).
 

What should I do to log into Synchronous (Live) lessons? How to use Microsoft Teams program?

To access live lessons, you can access the team codes from OYS (https://oys.karabuk.edu.tr/) or OBS (obs.karabuk.edu.tr).

To enter synchronous courses, you can log in with the following Microsoft Teams user information.



User name: Studentnumber@ogrenci.karabuk.edu.tr Password: TcNoFirst5DigitKBu*

Where can I get my login information for Synchronous (Live) courses?

I receive a license error or << Your organization has restricted/locked this device >> warning in Microsoft Teams, what should I do?

You can submit your request by filling out the contact form in the CONTACT tab on the Kbuzem website.

I cannot watch lecture recordings in the Microsoft Teams mobile application, what should I do?

Lesson recordings made with Microsoft Teams can be viewed on mobile devices within 21 days. If the lecture is not recorded and you try to watch it after 21 days, this will not be possible. If you cannot watch other than these situations, please notify the course instructor.

I am having problems connecting/during the meeting/transmitting audio and video when using Microsoft Teams via the application or browser. What should I do?

If you are having problems with the Microsoft Teams application, you can try again by signing in from this link via your browser or by switching to the application if you are using the browser.

I couldn't attend synchronous classes, what should I do?

You can download and watch the video lecture recording in the flow of the relevant course within the Microsoft Teams team within 21 days.

I cannot access asynchronous recordings of lessons (Microsoft Teams), what should I do?

  • TEAMS COURSE REGISTRATIONS
  1. It takes approximately the same amount of time as the course duration to complete and upload course registrations. Make sure this period has passed.
  2. The instructor may not have taught the course.
  3. The instructor may have taught the lesson but not recorded it.

If you get the “You Don't Have Authorization“ error before watching the lecture recordings.

This is because the information you use is recorded by your browser. You must log in with the user information provided by deleting the browser history or updating the browser information.

What software needs to be installed in order to use the system without any problems?
